Job's Fair's

We hold a number of contact centre industry based job's fair's throughout the year for our members with live vacancies. For further information contact christine@callcentrewales.co.uk 

Quarterley Employers' Forum:

Employers’ Forum Meetings are held each quarter to exchange innovation and best practice. They are free to members, who are welcome to bring up to four delegates to each event. Non-members are also welcome to attend at a small charge. For further information or to register please Email us

Team Leader Round Table:

Each month this round table event will be hosted in a different contact centre and will run for two hours. The first hour will be dedicated to discussion and exchanging ideas; an ideal opportunity for team leaders to share what works for them and take note of ways to improve the performances of their own teams. The second hour will allow time for a presentation provided by the hosts giving them the opportunity to present any issues or significant successes of the month. Shared Service Forum:

Members have a regular opportunity to network with fellow members and contributors to debate things which are on their mind, schedule to be posted shortly.

Contact Centre Awards:

These prestigious Awards cover all of Wales and are a celebration of excellence within the contact centre and shared service industry. The Awards are open to call centres, contact centres, shared services centres, IT help desks, in house or outsourced businesses. In short, they are open to any in-bound or out-bound customer communication network that employs more than five people. All entries that meet the criteria will be judged by an independent group of industry experts. The event always proves to be an exciting and entertaining evening.
