Are you the best in the business? Then its time to be recognised.

The Welsh Contact Centre Annual Awards celebrate excellence and innovative practice from individuals and companies across Wales. These prestigious Awards cover the whole of Wales, they are FREE to enter and offer a major opportunity to raise the profile of your company and recognise and reward the excellence of your people. This year 2011 we have two new exciting categories: Best Welsh Contact Centre Over 100 seats and Best Welsh Contact Centre Under 100 seats.

All our winners will be recognised at a glittering awards ceremony and grand gala ball. We can promise a fun evening of entertainment, good food, networking and dancing (we don’t want to give anything else away so as not to spoil the surprise!) with some of the finest teams within the contact centre and shared service industry.
