Sport Relief is back from 23rd – 25th of March 2012

With more exciting TV entertainment on BBC One, more Sport Relief Miles and lots more of everything you’ve come to associate with Comic Relief’s bi-annual campaign.
Our sixth Sport Relief will bring the entire nation together, and by getting involved, everyone can help raise cash and change the lives of poor and disadvantaged people in the UK and around the world.

On Friday 23rd March you could support Sport Relief by offering us your call centre. While the TV show is transmitted, our special donation line can ring ‘off the hook’ with calls from the wonderfully generous UK public. As you know, answering and processing these calls in a professional and friendly manner is vital to the success of the night. In short, if your company takes part your volunteers will play a major role and, in an exciting, dynamic and FUN atmosphere, contribute in huge part to the success of this campaign.

Our donation line opens at 19.00 hours and runs for the duration of the television show. Call centres generally stay with us until 2.00 am, however, if agreed in advance, an early closure of midnight may be arranged. Importantly, we’re asking call centres to provide a minimum of 70 staffed lines on a single deliver-to-number, along with supporting administrative staff.

We are currently finalising the recruitment pack and will be emailing companies who have helped in the past, or have expressed helping at the next event. However we would like to make sure that as many companies as possible know that they might be able to help.
