Team Leader Roundtable

The forum was developed to allow line managers across a broad spectrum of businesses to meet on a regular basis to network & share best practices. Started in November 2009, the forum has gone from strength to strength, growing from the initial meeting with 10 delegates, to over 30 companies now being represented. The group meets monthly and is located in a different contact centre each month.

The participants have benefited from the forums as an open & friendly yet confidential environment to discuss individual concerns & learn from others experiences & policies. They give Team Leaders the opportunity to experience best practice in a wide range of different contact centre's and disucuss with thier peers current and different challenges that they face on a daily basis. These are a great opportunity to focus on development for your Team Leaders at no cost.
