The Welsh Contact Centre Annual Awards celebrate excellence and innovative practice from individuals and companies across Wales. These prestigious Awards cover the whole of Wales, with some of the finest people and teams within the contact centre and shared service industry. The Awards are free to enter for our members and offer a major opportunity to raise the profile of your company and recognise and reward the excellence of your people.

All our winners will be recognised at a glittering awards ceremony and grand gala ball. We can promise a fun evening of entertainment, good food, networking, dancing - and, of course, our surprise of the evening, the celebrity host.

About Awards years - From 2016 onwards, Awards events are named for the year the event is held, rather than the year being recognised. So, for example, The Welsh Contact Centre Awards 2016 recognises the industry's succeses through 2015.
