Following the great success of the eleventh Welsh Contact Centre Awards, we are delighted to announce the winners for the 2009 Contact Centre Awards. The Twelfth Welsh Contact Centre Awards Ceremony and Grand Gala Ball “Celebrating Excellence” was held in Cardiff City Hall on Thursday 11 February 2010.
