12th Welsh Contact Centre Awards

Following the great success of the eleventh Welsh Contact Centre Awards, we are delighted to provide details and entry forms for the 2009 Awards. We anticipate that once again this year we will receive entries from across the whole of Wales, and it will be sponsored by national companies and judged by industry specialists.

The closing date for entries is 29th October 2009.

The winners will be announced at the Celebrating Excellence: Welsh Contact Centre Awards, Gala Dinner and Ball on Thursday, 11th February 2010.
