The Welsh Development Agency is committed to the long-term development of businesses in Wales. It provides a full project management service and offers on-going advice and support to contact centres. The WDA acts as a co-ordinator bringing together and delivering a range of services provided by training and education organisations, the Welsh Assembly Government and local authorities.
